More Pollards Updates January 2026

Progress has been made on the building with a new roof and several new windows now ensuring the building is water tight and ready for internal work with a brand new industrial kitchen to be fitted prior to opening. External gardening services are ready to return the once well kept gardens to their former glory.

Sadly Cheshire West and Chester Council haven't prioritised the works to the gable end holding up the process of renovation of the building, however we have been assured all other works are going well. There is an on going tenancy process in place which will be concluded when Star Pubs have the final opening date.
