Have what you want
Since the outset Your Willaston has been trying to generate events for the village that make life better for all of us. It's easy to say 'lets get in the car and go to............' but what if that ............. was here in Your village. We are in a great position now with the contacts and experience gained from running events to help you have your event.

If you have an idea and just aren't sure how to get it started then talk to us. As a team primarily of 4 we work tirelessly to give everyone something. The only way to improve that is to take on something yourself. We have recently be very happy to have a volunteer take on the local village walks as a project and we will support in every way and provide funding for the renovation and replacement of items to ensure our village walks remain and improve them for all.

As volunteers we give this time for no monetary compensation. The gift we get in return is your engagement and participation in events and projects. We want to see more in the village and will continue to do what we do. If you can help then please email yourwillaston@gmail.com and come along to our upcoming AGM on 6th October in the Memorial Hall and meet us.
Light Up Willaston
The iconic Beech tree on the Green is the heart of Willaston, but even a local legend needs a little upkeep. To keep our village shining bright, we are launching the ‘Light Up Willaston’ campaign.
Why We Need Your Support
The current lights have braved the elements for 8 years and now require full replacement and a dedicated maintenance fund. Our goal is to ensure the tree remains a beacon of community spirit for seasons to come.
* Replace: Installing energy-efficient, durable new lighting.
* Maintain: Creating a fund for ongoing repairs and safety checks.
Every donation, large or small, helps us flip the switch on a brighter future for the Green. In addition we aim to produce a plan to members for further illumination along Hooton Road bringing a vibrant new approach to the villages future Christmas celebrations.
